Pastors and ministry workers face endless pressures and expectations
whether it’s dysfunctional teams, complicated pastoral situations, critical church members, or cultural Challenges.
In the midst of this chaos, the health of a pastor/ministry worker can be easily neglected. We
need coaches who will come alongside these leaders and encourage them.
_
Gospel Coaching is key to keeping a leader’s relational, personal, missional, and spiritual life in
check. Practically, it looks like a coach meeting with a pastor/ministry worker every three weeks
to ask them the questions no one will and help them regain a gospel perspective on the
challenges they are facing.

Would you consider joining us as a coach and help others thrive in ministry?

Peter Horlock comments,
Matt has a superb gift of asking a deeply searching question with compassion and also making space for me to think through the issue without downloading his experience and answers. I leave the sessions feeling more confident to tackle, not ignore, the leadership issues I face  with the insights and tools that Matt shares which practically helps. I also feel encouraged that I'm not alone in them. Gospel Coaching is not just talk - it leads to action and Christ-centred change to strengthen His church. I wholeheartedly commend anyone in a key leadership role to consider making the time to invest in yourself and your leadership skills by pursuing the Gospel Coaching resource that Matt offers.

Network Architect Programme
Build coaching into your leadership ecosystem

Healthy organisations build coaching into their leadership ecosystems alongside professional training, and role supervisions, to create a culture that prizes staff health, sustainability and ministry effectiveness. We work with organisational leaders to create a bespoke model that integrates gospel coaching into a pre-existing infrastructure.

If you would like to discuss how coaching could enhance your network, denomination or organisation then please get in touch. We also run in-house training courses adapted to the needs of your organisation and context.
