Gospel Coach Training · March 1-3 in Atlanta, GA

We all want church health and growth. That happens best through healthy leaders, both women and men, in our churches. One of the key findings in our study was the need for coaching among our leaders.  Gospel-centered leaders are the only hope for the world! The mission of God is through the his people in the church and the marketplace. The church is the only institution in the world both designed and equipped by God for the spiritual, cultural, and social renewal of all nations. Christian leaders are essential in that process.

You are invited to become a Gospel Coach. This training event is open to men and women leaders because we believe every leader deserves a Gospel Coach. In training, you will:

· be equipped in leadership to lead well, with joy and freedom.
· learn gospel dynamics, providing you a clear path for coaching others.

Gospel Coach Training process includes:

1. Basic Training (2.5 days in-person):
We are absolutely committed to the gospel and that makes our C.R.O.S.S. Gospel Coaching unique. We don't just give good advice. Gospel Coaches apply that gospel to the specific challenges being faced today. CMM's thorough process offers vital Basic Training and experience in Gospel Coaching to prepare you for the post-seminar training practicum that will prepare you to use Gospel Coaching in your missional context.

2. Trihort Practicum (via video conferencing):
The Trihort Practicum is a six-session live online facilitated practicum with out staff. You will put the Basic Training into action through coaching, being coached and observing coaching. Additionally, you'll implement learnings and new skills into a one-on-one gospel coaching relationship with a leader in your local context.

3. 360-degree Evaluation:
At the conclusion of the Trihort Practicum, you, your facilitator, co-participants and coachee will evaluate your progress and discuss next steps.

In addition to this training, CMM offers seminars, resources and workshops for those interested in sharpening and improving their skill as a gospel coach. If you need clarification about the training process, contact Jim Moon, Jr., Vice-President of Coaching & Training at jim@cmmnet.org
